Privacy Policy

This policy covers parasolessentials.com and the Founding Member waitlist ("Parasol," "we," "us"). Parasol is currently a pre-launch waitlist — we are validating interest in a premium men's clothing membership before it exists as a paid product. This policy describes what we collect while that's true, and we'll update it before any payment is ever introduced.
What we collect
Directly from you, when you join the waitlist: your email address (required), and — if you choose to share them — your country, clothing size, and monthly budget preference. All three are optional; skipping them doesn't affect your place on the waitlist.
Automatically: your approximate country, derived from your network connection at the moment you load the page (via our hosting provider's edge network) — not your IP address itself, which we don't store. If you arrived from an ad or campaign link, we also record which campaign, source, and content variant it was, so we can tell which advertising is actually working.
Via analytics tools: we use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this page and how effective our advertising is. These set cookies or similar browser storage and may share limited, aggregated data with Google and Meta under those companies' own privacy policies. None of these tools are active until the corresponding analytics account is actually configured on our end.
Why we collect it
To let you know when Founding Member spots or launch pricing open up, to understand demand across sizes and budgets before we finalize the collection, and to measure whether our marketing is reaching the right people. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Our database is hosted by Supabase and our site by Vercel — both act as processors storing data on our behalf, not as independent recipients of it. Google, Meta, and Microsoft receive the limited analytics data described above once those tools are active. Nobody else.
Payment
We do not collect or process any payment information today, and joining the waitlist never charges you anything. If that changes when membership launches, you'll see real pricing and a real checkout before anything is ever charged — not before.
How long we keep it
Until membership launches and you decide whether to continue, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely, at any time, by emailing hello@parasolessentials.com.
Children
Parasol is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes — like introducing payments — will be made clear before they take effect.
