These terms cover parasolessentials.com and the Founding Member waitlist ("Parasol," "we," "us"). By joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
What joining the waitlist means
Joining is a non-binding way to register interest in Parasol's future membership. It doesn't obligate you to purchase anything, and it doesn't obligate Parasol to admit you as a member — Founding Member spots are limited and offered at our discretion as the product nears launch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist.
No payment today
We do not collect payment information at this stage, and nothing about joining the waitlist charges you. Any pricing shown on this page is an estimate for planning purposes, not a binding offer — real pricing will be confirmed before you're ever asked to pay.
Intellectual property
The Parasol name, branding, and the content of this site belong to us. You're welcome to share a link to this page — please don't reproduce the branding or content elsewhere without asking first.
No warranty
This page and the waitlist are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, while we validate whether this product should exist. We may change, pause, or discontinue it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Parasol isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, reflecting where Parasol is currently based.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
